      This company literally came out within a few hours due to my mother and father’s ac not turning on. Come to find out with was the thermostat but they diligently worked with my dad and all I can honestly say is I’m so happy I called them. Thank yall so much for getting the issue resolved

      Everyone was great to work with. From my initial call for service to the final repair. The office kept me in the loop on what was happening. Adam did an awesome job. He explained the repair to me, what was happening, what needed to be fixed, how long it would take and what the cost was. There were no surprises. A part had to be ordered but I knew that ahead of time and they worked with my schedule to get the job done. I couldn’t be happier.

      Glen arrived on time the other day to perform an annual maintenance check on our system. He was thorough and explained every step he was taking. No serious issues were found - for which we are grateful. KAS has been great to work with for the three years we have lived in Kingwood!

      They arrived the same day in the expected time slot and completely resolved the issue. No additional parts were needed this time and Adam fully explained the problem and what might be required in the future. We have used them several times in the past and always had good service.

      The entire staff is courteous, responsive, professional, honest and stands by the work promised and performed. I particularly Raleigh (she is always responsive and caring) and Chris who is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. This firm is fabulous.

      They were rated highly on a neighborhood Facebook page and came came out next day when others couldn't till a week later. They fixed the problem for not much more than the service fee of who installed my unit! They also got me in early as I was going out of town! Adam was very nice, even killed wasp by unit and kind and considerate of my pets! Kind receptionists as well. They are my AC people now! I would highly recommend.

      Once again, Kingwood air solutions earned my loyalty! Charles did a great job, even fitting me in between a rain storm break to go up on my roof! Gave me lots of good tips, and got my fan covered by warranty! Their reception is great as well, communicate promptly, and so easy to work with!

      Chris with Kingwood Air Solutions was amazing. Chris acted more like he was a family member helping us out with a problem than someone trying to sale me anything. Kingwood Air solutions will forever be our go to for as long as we live in the area. 10/10 I cant Stress it enough. If you were searching for the right company…… this is it….

      Had the air go out late Friday night & couldn't get our usual company to come till late Monday afternoon. Called KAS Saturday morning & they said someone would come that afternoon between 1-4pm. Long story short, they came, they fixed, the price was great, & the work was quick & done right. We are now new customers. Technician Chris is wonderful! Thanks yall!

      We been using Kingwood Air Solutions for a few years now and we love how honest and reliable the people who work here are. You also get to build trust because they try to keep the same guy for your house for matience or repairs. We met Charles when our second daughter was new born and he has always been our guy whenever we call. We wanted the local business feel and you get that with these guys.
