This company literally came out within a few hours due to my mother and father’s ac not turning on. Come to find out with was the thermostat but they diligently worked with my dad and all I can honestly say is I’m so happy I called them. Thank yall so much for getting the issue resolved

Everyone was great to work with. From my initial call for service to the final repair. The office kept me in the loop on what was happening. Adam did an awesome job. He explained the repair to me, what was happening, what needed to be fixed, how long it would take and what the cost was. There were no surprises. A part had to be ordered but I knew that ahead of time and they worked with my schedule to get the job done. I couldn’t be happier.

Chris did my regular maintenance check. Chris was polite and professional.

We had an issue with air flow not shutting off in our master bedroom, which shares an AC unit with our upstairs game room. The tech (Adam) said this is usually caused by the motor on a damper going bad. However, once he checked it out, he said the motor was fine, and it was likely caused by us leaving the Fan setting to "On", which keeps the damper open. I probably did not explain this very well; however, I will say that he did not try to sell me something we did not need, or upsell me on other parts or services. Adam was knowledgeable, competent, professional and personable. I will use this company again.

The entire staff is courteous, responsive, professional, honest and stands by the work promised and performed. I particularly Raleigh (she is always responsive and caring) and Chris who is very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. This firm is fabulous.
