Can't recommend the guys at Kingwood Air Solutions more. We had them replace our home AC system, the crew was on time, professional and knocked out the replacement extremely fast for the scope of the project. They completed the install in one day, where other companies quoted a 2 day install for what our system needed. The owner Bryan and Adam were on site for the entire project, kept me updated on status and helped explain the in's and out's of the new system once it was complete. They handled all the little details that make the difference in an install like this and prioritized completing the job correctly. I have full confidence in the work provided, and will definitely be working with them again in the future. Thanks!

This company cares. Our AC was acting up and it was either the board or the motor. The issue was if it was not acting up when tech is here could not tell what it was. We called Jaylyn and she would call the Glenn and he would be at the house in 20 minutes. Took twice and he did this no charge. Turns out it was the board. 1993 model so Glenn let us know board price and a new furnace price. No pressure just left it up to us. We did the new furnace which was installed and there was an issue with vibration. They came back and fixed the issue. Communication and customer service was amazing. The owner Brian treats all like family who work for him and they have been with him a long time. Impressive Company that cares.

Since my first experience with Kingwood Air Solutions in 2019 I have called on them several more times, including today, for everything from a system replacement to simple maintenance. Each time is the same. An incredibly quick response followed by an honest appraisal of the situation followed by an effective solution. I recommend Kingwood Air Solutions whenever I have the opportunity and do so without reservation. They are simply excellent in all aspects of their business. I contacted Kingwood Air Solutions seeking a second opinion for AC repair or replace options. I received a complete evaluation and explanation of options from the technician (Taylor) along with very competitive quotes. Great experience so far.

Great work! Great people! From estimate to diagnosis when old system finally died, through installation, they have been excellent. Brian, Adam, the installation crew and ladies in the office have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, caring, accommodating to our specific AC system needs, and with fair pricing. They even temporarily installed 2 window ACs to get us through a couple days until new system installation, which they even did on a Saturday to go ahead and get us up and running! Good warranties. Installation in attic and elsewhere was neat, clean, and well done. We highly recommend them. Thank you Kingwood Air Solutions!
